husband got hurt at work and may never be able to work

my husband felled from 10ft while working for a major cable company. When he felled he landed on a mans tuck and his head went through the glass. his work put ice on his head and sent him back to work after being in pain he wnt to the er and found out that his desk in his neck has been hurt and might need surgery. It has been proven that the fall was their fault due to their set up. He know has lost all strenth in his left arm. he no longer can do his job so they have him doing light duty which is very hard for him to even do but they made him sign a paper saying he has 90 days and if he cant go back to his hard labor job he will be fired and if he cant do his light duty job right now he will be fired. he has been told that he may never be able to go back to his old job. we are afraid of our future now. What can we do? this is their fault it happen in the first place.

hello dear, i am feeling very bad for your husband. its totally their fault and they have to pay for it. register a case against your husband's company and ask for heavy compensation and decent employment for him. There is norm that if anyone injured in the organization then all the expenses on the treatment to recover and compensation to live good life is vital.
you are a educated woman and can stand against your violation of rights. don't let anyone who have spoiled your future.

    Hi Tseller...
I really feel very bad for husband. I think you have to fight for his place in company. It is obvious that your husband get injured while working in this company then they should pay for that. You can file a case against them and seek legal support.

Hello Tseller, Im feelin sorry for what happened. I think you can do now is to order your company to pay for all the damages since it's their fault. And also ask them to pay for your husband recovery. But for the meantime, if your husband can do the light duty, he must do, cause obviously he can't do what he was doing before. But I'm sorry if he can't do his light duty. Or if your company didn't answer your demand, then, as we all are saying, file a case against them.

Its really bad to know all this.

The company where it happened should not behave like this. It is their responsibility to provide all workplace injury benefits. It happened at the workplace so you must be compensated by the company. Workplace accidents are eligible for accident claims.

So don't lose hope and stand for every claim entitled to you. File a case and I hope you will get the required compensation.

Feeling sad after listening your story. Whatever happened to your husband, it is the company's responsibility to compensate. You can file a case against the company under the compensation act.
