Workers' Compensation Act What can I do if my injuries prevent me from returning to my old job?

Usually, someone with the type of signatures you have would know this information. It all depends if you were injuried due to your job or not. Can you provide more details about your injury and when\where it occured?

Hello.
I just want to say that The safety and health administration requires employers with more than 10 workers to record every work-related injury or illness that results in lost work time or medical treatment other than first aid. Some occupational health practitioners say that to avoid recording an injury, some employers will try to limit treatment for a serious injury to just first aid.

If you can prove your injury resulted from the fault of the job or during the working hours. You can request for compensation. But it depends. You have to personally meet a lawyer to discuss it.

That could be true if foreseeable but it also may be backwards to say the least

Seek a professional help. In that case, an attorney will guide you in over-all process.
