Workers comp & Social Security disability? I live in Oklahoma,
My husband has been off of work for 1 1/2 years now from a work injury. He has had 2 surgeries on his shoulder and is most likely a 3rd on his neck and shoulder. He has a 100 % disability at the moment, he is not allowed to lift anything over "0" pounds. He is still drawing a weekly workers comp check. Can he recieve his Social security disability and continue drawing workers comp also? And what kind of settlement should he expect to recieve once he is released from the doctors?

The company and the insurance should be asked about this. Your husband certainly has the right to have health and insurance benefits from this.

It will not be possible to tell what claim you will get. But getting the right advice on time is required.

If you are trying to get Social Security Disability benefits, try some advice from a Social Security Disability lawyer.
