Workplace Injuries - Better to act quick

Have you experienced an injury while on the job? Workplace injuries are all too common in our society. If you have experienced an injury while working you must know what your rights are.

First I would recommend you act as quickly as possible. The worst thing you can do after experiencing an injury is waiting before getting legal representation. What you should do is get in contact with a local attorney in your area that has past experience and SUCCESS in handling workplace injury cases.

If you would like me to help you out with your case or simply refer you to a good attorney in your area feel free to send me a private message.

    Thumbs up Workplace injuries

In the meantime, exercise your own safety measures so that you don't become injured. You never know when an injury may cause you to be out of work indefinitely and that can cause severe financial consequences for you in the form of medical expenses and lost wages. Workplace injuries are the most common injuries, so make sure you are careful when on the job. In the long run you'll be glad that you were.

I was hurt at work. I am a worker at a ice factory. A big, metal ice machine lid was broke and fell on my foot. I went to ER and Dr. there said it could have a small fracture. Turns out, I guess it didnt. it was still hurt..badly. My employer sent me to an orthapedic surgeon who lookeed at my foot for 5 minutes and said I was ok. He said I could go back I swear they r so rude. they were not doing anything else for me. Am I crazy?? Is this a normal practice?? What can I do??? Anything? please help!!

In most scenarios, accident is used to describe both situations, and that includes in the workplace. Workplace accidents have to be investigated by a qualified person who has years of experience and full knowledge of the process.
