    How long does it take a US refugee to get a credit card after he has arrived in US?

    That's dependent on several factors, most of which have to do with the credit card company. Have you applied for a credit card and been approved? If so, did you provide a current mailing address for them to send the card? You normally have to show proof of employment to be approved. If you were approved, have you tried to call the credit card company and ask how long it takes to get your credit card?
