    Ticket not showing up in court system - California

    like the title says, if the court does not have the ticket in the system by the time my court date on my ticket, what happens to the ticket (and what do I need to do?)

    Are you trying to contest the charges and go to trial? Either way you will still be required to pay a fine. call the traffic court or police department in the municipality involved and find out what happen to your ticket.
