ticket for failing to stop...
I received a ticket for not stopping at a stop sign. This is what the police officer said anyway. The information is completely false, and I don't know how I will be able to prove it in court. Any suggestions on what I can do?
I've had experience with Bankruptcy lawyers in San Diego and California divorce lawyers

I'm not a lawyer and not familiar with this but if he don't have a way to prove it such as a witness or a dashboard camera, I don't see why the case would stick.

it is really just your word against her word at this point legally the law can go different directions although legally that may hamper the proceedings and result in law directions or misinterpretations. next time you should be more careful to not do a 'texas stop' but rather a legally ambitious stop.
