    Speeding Ticket Help

If you have received a speeding ticket in either Canada or the United States it is important that you take the correct measures so you don't further hurt your driving record. If possible it is often a good idea to find legal advice just to see if you can save yourself from receiving demerit point deductions on your license.

Often the cost of defending a ticket is much cheaper than the higher insurance premiums you will be faced with by accepting the ticket as is. If you have received a speeding ticket you must know your rights as a driver. Please post your comments in this thread and I will try my best to answer them for you.

That sounds like great advice. Too many tickets can get your license suspended.

Where I live a lot of traffic tickets can be dismissed simply by taking a defensive driving course, which can also lower your car insurance premiums.
