    I would agree to that the legal matters has to be dealt with utmost precession and be very careful to see that the things that are mentioned or required are followed or mentioned in a proper format, as any lapse in this could have the favor turned against us.

    Drawing up a formal will is not difficult. However, every state has differing statutes. Now this is difficult. That is, a will may appear sound - legally but attorney's must more importantly understand the attacks and defenses should probate be invalid. By the way, a testation clause on its own will not work where you have a Witness who denies it at probate heariings. These hearings can get very personal. Probate in English is translated as "PROOF" or show me that the Testator's Will was valid - lol.
