Drawing up a formal will is not difficult. However, every state has differing statutes. Now this is difficult. That is, a will may appear sound - legally but attorney's must more importantly understand the attacks and defenses should probate be invalid. By the way, a testation clause on its own will not work where you have a Witness who denies it at probate heariings. These hearings can get very personal.
