Tax education from law schools
In law schools, "tax law" is a sub-discipline and area of specialist study. Tax law specialists are often employed in consultative roles, and may also be involved in litigation. Many U.S. law schools require about 30 semester credit hours of required courses and approximately 60 hours or more of electives. Law students pick and choose available courses on which to focus before graduation with the J.D. degree in the United States.

I was looking for a wedding photographer, and received an e-mail from a photography company. But for pricing this is what it says
"In a state of Arizona , there is a state law that allows taxpayers redirect their taxable income to certain charitable organizations that are established for private education school's.
In exchange for you and your spouse redirecting your tax dollars to our children, who are in private school, we would do the wedding for you at no cost."
That seems fishy to me? Does anyone know what state laws they are referring too?
