Exemption from Income Tax under Intl. Income Tax Treaty
Hi,
I own a very small Israeli corporation. We sell marketing services USA over the internet to companies in the USA, and as an Israeli corp. fully located in Israel, we pay our full taxes in Israel.
We recently had to fill a W8BEN form to claim exemption from tax withholding under the American-Israeli income tax treaty.
In the W8BEN form, we were asked to provide an EIN, which we currently don't have. We will obtain one very soon.
My questions:
1) Once we register with the IRS and get an EIN, will we have to file a full yearly tax report (such as form 1120F)?
2) Which forms do we have to file in order to comply with US laws (upon registering, and yearly)?
3) We have already traded for 2 years in the US (over the net), but did not yet get an EIN. What about the time up to now
