    easier Taxation procedure?

Hi friends, how can our government make easier Taxation procedure? My idea is: we have to submit return to our Chartered Accountant and they have to submit only to Income Tax office. And there should not be any personal meeting between CA and IT officer, any thing required should be asked online. This is the method followed in Australia. Would you like this procedure?

I currently live in Alaska and work for the govt. I have lived in California, NY, and Virginia. I work with federal grants and that seems like something that would be useful in American Samoa. I have been considering moving to American Samoa and would love to hear from you if you live there, have lived there, or have traveled there. What does it cost to live there? Do you have any thoughts in general about living there? Please help me with your information.

Yes, I am sure an easier taxation process would help. However, one can make tax filing easier consulting an expert consultant who has a considerable amount of experience in the field. I too availed the services of a consultant to know about my taxation rights and filing taxes easily.

Advance Pricing Agreement, is an agreement between the taxpayer and the competent taxation authorities that a future transaction will be conducted at the agreed upon price, which is recognized as the arm's length price for the period designated.
