In 2010 I was sexually assaulted by a husband and wife. By the time i gotaround to posting charges it was 4 months past the statute of limitations in that state. I know they do it and worse to other girls. Have met 2 but they wont do anything. I desperately want to warn the people they may do this to since moving to AZ from FL but in June 2010 from Florida (which is where the attacks took place too) they blackmailed me. I still have the email file. If I tell anyone with similar interests my "lies" about what they did they will slander my name on their adult blog. They have my real name, address, and nude pictures i did not even know were being taken and did not ok. They never specified how much or little they would share, but they HAVE a lot. I do not care what their friends think. Any friend of theirs is no longer one of mine. But I fear MY friends or employers may look up my name and see me plastered among a bunch of lies on an adult blog, even if against my will. But i really want to stop them from assaulting and raping other girls and i have channels and ways to do it. But i fear their reprisal. Is there anything i can do if they act on it? Do I need a Fl, IL, or AZ lawyer? Please advise.
