    Diminished Value

I live in Atlanta, GA and I have a 2010 Porsche 911 that was rear-ended last week. Im getting my car repaired but my car will never be the same. Should I try to file a diminished value claim with the Ins. co? Is it worth my time? Should I just go with a company like: www.autoaccidentrefund.com

Why not ask the insurance company that you are already with? If it's possible, I am sure that they will reduce the payments. If not, you can get quotes from other places and compare.

Ask your current insurance company and see if they comply. If they don't, then I would only seek the services of a third party as a last resort.

    Diminished Value

You should pursue it and you have a choice in GA that don't exist in most other states. You can claim against your own insurance company, or against the other driver's. GA is one of the few states that recognizes diminished value claims as part of an insured's coverage under their own policy. You should consult an attorney, unless the diminished value is a small amount, in which case you can do it yourself or contact an adjuster.

I think you should first consult to an attorney about this and i think you can file a diminished value claim in this issue.
