I went to a laywer in Spokane in 2002 over an accident that I was hurt in on June 5th 2000. He said he would take my case. I sent all the parerwork I had gotton. I got the ticket for the accident. He said that he would look into all this. Later he told me that he could not find ANYONE except the officers involved, not the wittiness, not anyone, but he would get all my Dr.s surgical reports. I found out today from my other attorney that he had NEVER got any records & had told me that he had not filed(which was a lie) and he was only going to make sure my Dr. expences were paid. (another lie). Whaen I called his office in Febuary of this year his parilegal said he was not going to persure or get anymore Dr. files because he didn't think I had a case. My new attorney told me that he told him he had never agreeded to any of this. My new attorney also said it was to late to do anything. What can I do? Please help.
