HOA Board of Director Restrictions and Requirements
In a Florida HOA (not condo) What are the requirements and restrictions for a Board member- More specifially how does foreclosure on HOA members property in the association affect their ability to serve on a BOD of that HOA-
As far as I can tell- there is nothing in the covenants that address this issue.
Also, what applies for not paying HOA dues and assessments by a homeowner serving on a BOD of an HOA-
