I was under doctors care and strong medication
I bought a home ,at the closing table I added a friend on ,i think they quit claimed her on my papers. I had her put on in case I died during surgery which I was having in a few weeks and for her to make sure my children which were minors get my home when they were of age , i didnt want my ex. wife to get my home. But I had/was on strong medication when I had her added to my papers. I had been on these strong meds for three years. 120 loratabs a month, 60 somas a month , 80 mg. prozac a day, 300 mg. of trazadone a night.I was also under psychiatic care because I could not mentally deal with not working. I made it through surgery but afterward this person I had added on will not sign a quit claim deed to have her name taken off . My question is if I can prove I was on strong medication when I added her can a attorney
take her name off without her say so? please respond if you can help me.As of right now if she doesn't sign to take her name off its we both are considered Joint Tenants with a right of survivorship, which means if I die she gets my home/property and my children get nothing. - Add additional
