That's easy to do. All you have to do is use a California home sales kit that includes your state's most current forms and instructions on how to file them. You can grab one at the website below. Then you find your buyer, fill in the form, and file it at the county's clerk office to put it on public record.

When you sell by owner, be sure that you have done enough due diligence to really drill down on a fair asking price for your home.

You can register your home on websites dedicated to real estate business because a large number of people visit such websites everyday. You can also place advertisements in local newspapers and magazines. The advertisement should be short and precise and provide all the vital information such as the location, plinth area, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and other special features such as a remodeled kitchen or bathroom. The seller can even distribute home brochures or information sheets and include good quality photographs of his home in order to give potential a fair idea of how the property looks.

Craigslist also has a section for Real Estate sales. You can post your home there as well.

You can also take the support from advertising mode. Also register your home at local directories, If you can afford a little commission of broker then you can go for a broker too.
