    Real Estate Law

Real estate law is the body of regulations and legal codes which pertain to such matters under a particular jurisdiction. Real estate is often considered synonymous with real property, in contrast with personal property.

    Capitalization rate?

Capitalization rate defines the percentage number used to determine the
current value of a property based on estimated future operating income.
In other words, taking the rental income from an apartment complex and
multiplying it times the capitalization rate would yield the approximate
    current value of the complex.

If you're leasing a rental property in which you know your landlord is going to lose the property do you still have to pay rent?
