The spinal cord is the major nerve bundle that carries nerve impulses to and from the brain to the rest of the body. Along with the brain, spinal cord constitute the Central Nervous System.

Spinal Cord Injury is the damage to the spinal cord that results to loss of functioning such as the person’s mobility or feelings.
