Law Talk TV Show
Eubanks, Barrett, Fasig & Brooks were among the first law firms in Tallahassee, FL to focus specifically on personal injury and wrongful death cases. We have expanded our firm to include four lawyers, a nurse, and several highly trained paralegals experienced in handling all types of cases, including vehicle accidents and premises liability. Our firm has the resources and experience to handle the most complex matters, from medical malpractice to products liability.
Beging August 9, 2009 we will be hosting a new TV show broadcasting on WCTV out of Tallahassee, FL. The show is going to allow viewers to call in and speak with one of our attorneys as well as a guest speaker about the specific topics of the week.

You state, "Begin[in]g August 9, 2009 we will be hosting a new TV show broadcasting on WCTV out of Tallahassee, FL. The show is going to allow viewers to call in and speak with one of our attorneys as well as a guest speaker about the specific topics of the week." I would be interested in learning more about both your format and viewer-response.
What has the Bar's response been? What is the pool from which you draw your guest-speakers?
Is the format one in which you take live-calls while on the air (e.g., Larry King-style)? Given the breadth of your practice, I would imagine you could get very emotionally-distraught callers from time to time. What are the key things for which you encourage your call-screener to look prior to allowing a caller on the air?Cork Flooring - The eco-friendly, sustainable, green flooring solution.

That's great idea. People can ask one question and many will be enlightened. And surely it will be a hit. Many got some questions about legal matters and through this way you can advice thousands, even millions of people from U.S. and some parts of the world. Another thing is that, topics are being discussed in a week. It's great because it will go into deeper meaning and deeper understanding. Good for your new show, though it showed last year.
