I loaded the PDF versions of my (original and self-authored and fully owning) following 11 books into my store "http://www.lulu.com/drvsrs” in 2005. Lulu paid a nominal royalty (80% of the sales value) of US$ 168/= in 2005. They are showing a nominal royalty payable to me in 2008 as US$ 22/=

B) In the beginning of 2008, I deleted all the above books from my store in Lulu, due to no sales and no royalty, commensurate with my know-how and book contents value.
C) But all these books are saved in a “retired” directory of LULU. The reason given by LULU is that they are sold items and cannot be deleted.
D) It implies and confirms that all my above books were actively sold, but no royalty was paid to me. Also they are captured them in their “retired” folder of their server, for selling them in the market already created by their past sales, without involving me and not paying any royalty to me .
E) It is not only an Internet “Scam”, but a day-light “Robbery” also.
F) I have estimatd my royalty due as below.

US$ 62.50 X 10 Acive books = US$ 625/-
Estimated sales per year = 100 books
Estimated sales revenue per year
US$ 625/= X 100 Books = US$ 62, 500/-
Estimated sales for 4 years = US$ 62, 500 X 4 =
US$ 250, 000/-
My Royalty @ 80% = US$ 200, 000/-
(US DOLLAR TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND ONLY)
G) This royalty due of US$ 200, 000/= should be sent to me as a crossed “demand draft” or a “banker’s cheque” drawn in favour of my name “DR.VSR.SUBRAMANIAM” and encashable by my bankers in DUBAI, United Arabb Emirates (UAE).
H) Forwarding address – Dr.VSR.Subramaniam, P.O.Box 1750, Sharjah, UAE. – The remittance address in my account with LULU Publishing.
I) Preference – This US$ 200, 000/= may please be converted to Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) 760, 000 (at 1 US$ = 3.80 AED) and sent as per details (G) and (H) above.
