Can I sue a public college teacher? Can I sue a public college teacher for taking marks off my final grade by marking a project wrong when it had right answers?
The college is within Niagara region, Ontario, Canada if that matters.
I asked the teacher to clarify.. she clarified it wrongly..gave me wrong answers....im not sure if 1. she had a problem giving me my marks back.. or 2. if she was too egotistic to admit her fault... knowing her previous and current behaviour with past and current students, I wouldn't be surprised if she did that for either of those two reasons.. rather than her TRULY not knowing the right answer.. which I think is absolutely impossible.. knowing what her experience shows in the area of study.
If I can.. would I need a lawyer to do this?
If I can't, how far can I take this to make sure she cleans up her act?
Thanks so much for any help.

You could have an attorney with UNLIMITED consultation and a whole lot more for only USD $17.00 in most states and Canada!
My girlfriend sells the service, so let me give you the link to check it out:

Thanks for reading, and I hope you can get some help!
