We live in the United States of America. We just got a call from the Philippines and got the news that my mom's ex-husband's dad just died and was buried in my brother's lot, my brother was first buried there. The land/lot is owned under my mom and her ex-husband's name.

My mom doesn't like that her ex-husband's dad is buried beside my brother. Another thing is that they didn't even try to contact us and ask my mom's decision.
