Canadian will advice

I am writing this on behalf of my mother. My grandmother passed away. Her will states that the estate be divided equally between my mother and my uncle.
My uncle is the executor of the will. He and his lawyer are saying that mom owes 50,000 for property purchased from my grandparents in 1992. To the best of my knowledge they are going only on the word of my great aunt. Mom can only find a notarized document showing a transfer of funds dating back to the time of the purchase. the document does not state what its for. The date and amount co inside with the time of the purchase though. I sent a copy to my uncles lawyer but he says that it doesn't prove they payed it. So they are telling my mother that it will will be taken from her portion of the estate. My mother cannot afford a lawyer. So any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You should to contact your lawyer.i think you should to tell this matter to your lawyer and i think he will do something for you because all lawyers do not to do work only for money.

well hello people... i need serious helping, im in a great trouble. I have so much questions.
