my parents have been seperated for almost a year my brother lived with her and they were living with my husband and i ..
she wrote a will out and appointed a power of attorney
in her will it states that she wants me and husband to get custody of my brother whi has been with us for the past year ..
my father knows this and agrees and wants us to have him as well (hes not in a situation to have him live with him) im not sure how to go about this what steps do we need to take ??
