Pension Investment
Good afternoon, I reside in Canada and i am having a problem with my Investment firm. I have not received a payment from them for a number of months. What i want to know is if there is any free legal advice i can get in regards to this situation. Thank you.

Terming the NPS as a new investment opportunity for citizens, Mr Deepak Parekh pointed out that there were millions of Indians who do not have a formal saving product like a provident fund.
The expert group has suggested three investment cycles — asset class ‘E’ ‘G’ and ‘C’. For contributors who do not want to identify the choice, there is also the default option of “auto choice, where investment will be made in a life-cycle fund. The auto-choice funds will be split equally among all PFMs who offer to manage these funds at the cost quoted by the lowest bidder in the PFM auction.
While asset class E is equity (high return and high risk, the asset class G low return and low risks includes Central Government securities, fixed deposits and liquid funds of mutual funds. The asset class C medium return for the credit risk includes State Government securities and private and public sector corporate bonds.
For equity investments, the expert group has recommended that ‘Nifty Fifty’ index would be looked for investment purposes. Another innovation proposed is the third party valuation. Third party valuation has to be done mandatorily every quarter, particularly for and C categories,
