my homes been foreclosed on "read on you'll see why"
the bussiness,a gas station went under in 08
the fault is because of a fuel company
for 23 years we did credit
then in 08 it changed to c.o.d
then when we paid we would go without 1-2 days
my father did own the bussiness,my mother ran it
he was shot in a hold up in 94 so he's disabled
my mother had to stay with him an aid him
i ran the store to the best of my ability
i made the calls personally to "davidson fuels" asking "where's my fuel" the response was somewhat the same every time "the driver is picking it up,it's running late it may take 8 hours" we were not some stanby gas station we made alot of money from our loyal customers
who still ask about us
now davidson fuels wants to sue us
their trying to say my mother signed a contract as power of attorney for my dad but she signed as a general manager not as p.o.a
we tried to get a diffrent fuel source but by the time they agreed it,it was just to late
i want to know the following

can we sue them back after all it wasn't our fault we ran out of bussiness?
how can we protect ourselves?
should we just walk away?
is there any way to get money out of all this?
is there any way to get the store back?
