Injury at work. Need an advice
A few days ago, I was robbed and attacked at work by two men. I spent one night in the emergency room due to a head injury. This incident was caught on the security cameras installed in the store. Despite the many warnings that the company had, they never provided proper safe environment for the employees. I know that I can receive worker's compensation, but I wanted to seek advice on what my legal options are in pursuing this situation. THANK YOU !
