    need advice please!!!!

sold my car to my cousin. he was 17 at the time and now he is 18. in the contract we signed it stated that. now he is no longer paying me and his parent told me i would no longer receive any more money. he still owes me 700 dollars. his parents gave him permission to sign the contract and get the car. do i have a chance if i take him to small claims court? also in the contract he wasn't supposed to do anything to or with the car until it was paid off. he traded it in about 2 months ago without my permission and i found out almost a month later. i'm lost and don't know if i should pursue this since he was 17 or if i should fight it since we do have a signed contract.

We need a little more information. How did the parents give their permission? Did they sign anything? Did they give you a Letter? What reasons does your cousin (and his parents) give you for stating that they will not pay the balance of the purchase price?

That's no right that he didn't give you money anymore.
