    cell phones and friends...

    I was just wondering I got a cell phone in my name for a friend and she ended up screwing me over on the bill 1200 dollars thats with an early cancelation fee of 300 should I take her to small claims and whats the chances id win her name is on the bill but I was the account holder everythin was in my name please help

    If you are the account holder, then you signed a contract, and you are responsible on that contract.

    If you can prove she had the phone and was using it and that she AGREED that you would be paid for her use, then you can win. But small claims court has a problem, and that problem is always COLLECTING the money.
