Hello. my name is Claude,and i would really appreciate any help with this problem.Heres the deal. I was arrested in Boone,NC,some [4 or 5] yrs back for a dui. They took my vehicle,and the judge said pull 30 days,weekends,so that i could work.The first weekend went fine,in the Watauga co. jail. the 2nd weekend,i turned myself in,and the jailer made me blow into a box,then said i was drunk,and he couldnt accept me. He told me to contact my probation officer,I told him that i did not have a probation officer,since i am a resident of TN.He then told me to call the Watauga co. courthouse on Monday,which i did. They told me to contact the jail,because they did not have any paperwork on me,which i did. This went on every day for about a month,with me worried to death,then i decided Im not going to beg the sob's to take me to jail.I have not been running from the law,as i have worked on Beech mtn. for about 12 or 13 yrs.They know where i work,so they could have picked me up for a warrant,or whatever.It would really be nice to have a drivers license,after all these years. what do i need to do to resolve this situation?
