Is this legal?
im 22. my abusive father is a control freak who told my mother to her face years ago (and denies it) that he married her and had us so we could be his servants. last night i wasnt feeling well and he barges in and throws a giant box that my computer came in (my old one fried because my mother did something to it) and starts screaming how i dont do anything and how my attitude is getting real tiring. he threatens to take my computer away because he paid for it (only because he keeps all the money my mother has access to so she couldnt pay for it when she burned the old one) and turned off the internet. so i start taking the boxes down to stop hearing his mouth when he comes running upstairs and pushes the boxes back into my room pushing me as hard as he can with the boxes. this guy is a fat guy, over 350lbs and only 5'9" and constantly uses his weight to bully all of us into doing what he wants. so i let him push me while he screams about how i threw those boxes on him while he was coming up the stairs (but i didnt because i didnt see or hear him coming up the stairs) and as im taking the boxes down he screams that he will take his computer back (the one he paid for) and that i need to "get my ass out of his house".
how is it that he can take it back when my mother who burned the original computer said she would pay for it? and also even though the deed is in his house, his years of abuse should account for some kind of levy in my favor of not having to leave just because i dont bow to his wishes. although this is an abusive area, my sister would live with him (15) and he already abuses her badly with me around to protect her, as well as im trying to save as much money as possible for a university in ireland so im trying to make him pay for all my bills until i leave. also, i have an email that he wrote in that says he has the 20k that my mother has stolen from me from when i was working when i was 15, he is liable with that email for my money since he has it and will give it back?
