My wife went to an Laywer to Divorce me I then got the papers at my office from the court I the went to a laywer to say it is fine but I want a list of things from the house then I will sign the papers.

We the decided to Reconcile and I informed my Laywer that she must withdrew everyting and we are going to try and make our Marrige work.

Last week I found out that her Laywer went and asked for a date in Court which is now funny to me.

What I need to know does the person who started the proceedings end it or is their something that my Laywer must do before it can be ended.
