    Post relationship custody/ splitting

hello all thank you for taking the time to read my post. Long story short My Fiance and I have been together for 8 years we bought a house together(she is on the contract as co owner). We are going to be splitting up. I make a majority of the money for mortgage, we have joint accounts savings and checking. I have 2 cars under my name one paid for and that i am still paying off . She is still wearing my engagement ring.

my question is what can I do legally to get what i deserve ? meaning the house and the accounts . how should i go about this? what can i do to not get screwed.

    thank you

it should be split 50/50. it should not be issue at all. I would hire a lawyer definitely.
