Hello,
I recentley bought a car. I have had it in for a front end alignment 2 times. The second being thismorning. Both times I took it to who I bought it from. When I picked it up today one of the salesmen explained to me that their was nothing wrong and to check my tire pressure. I was frustrated and said I would deal with it. I was backing out of their driveway talking to myself in the car (Windows up) and the salesmen starts heading to my car. I put it in park and got out to see what he wanted. He then said are you talking talking smack to me. And then he gets in my face and starts threatening to whoop my but for better terms. I went inside to speak with sales manager/owner whoever would listen. He then followed me inside and proceeded to cuss me and threaten me. This was infront of customers and other salesmen. The So called manager was on the phone in front of me for about five minn. doing nothing. When he got off the phone all he said is he will handle it. This was not the answer I was going for. I know the guy still has his JOB.
What can I do from a legal stand point? Thanks,Brandon...
