Default Reopen Federal 'high profile' case?

I implore you for assistance as a disabled Veteran and pauper, if it is possible to reopen a former, or closed ‘high profile’ Federal case in which articles of ‘on-the-scene-evidence’ were withheld from the ‘active case process,’ including the ‘sentencing process,’ with some articles that could have been kept as ‘souvenirs’ by law enforcement and or other such entities.

These same such ‘articles’ were used during ‘the commission of the crime’ and thereby evidence, although they were not presented in court, nor were they even mentioned by either side of the bench of attorneys, or by the Judge himself.

Could the lack of these ‘articles’ being presented and or mentioned in the case, have bearing or weight enough to reopen the case, and possibly, prosecute those who may have kept them or who prevented them from being mentioning during the case ‘for the record,’ nor did the ‘court appointed attorney’ insist to the Court that these articles be presented or present at the trial? Also, this same ‘court appointed attorney’ was not requested for, but rather a ‘private attorney’ who was retained was ‘replaced’ by this same ‘court appointed attorney’ who was as well, the judge’s former ‘law clerk’ in his younger years? Shouldn’t that Federal court ordered that attorney to have stepped down from the case for the latter reason? And how was he able to have the private attorney removed from the case and then have himself inserted into the defendant’s representation? Was that illegal too?

* Note: The ‘retained, private attorney,’ had suffered a heat stroke while all of this backstabbing was going on in this worldwide news making, ‘high profile case.’
Also, what about certain mandates made public via the major-mass-media that the Federal Judge set forth ‘were not’ followed by the parties he ‘ordered’ to ensure that those orders would be adhered to?

Was it legal for the defense attorney to have ‘promised’ to give a copy of the ‘signed Plea Agreement’ to the Defendant, although he never, to this date of nine (9) years later, ever did give a copy of that Agreement, nor did he even slightly make mention of the pleading to the Judge during the Sentencing phase of the Trial? Furthermore, this same defense attorney also ‘promised’ to give a copy of ‘The Case Complete’ to the Defendant and yet, the ‘court appointed attorney’ has refused to do so for some nine (9) years since the trial’s completion despite countless requests by the Defendant in the form of telephone calls, emails, letters and Certified letters? Was all of that illegal?

Was all, or part of these major defendant’s Rights or Court Processes conducted in such an illegal enough fashion to warrant reopening the case and having the case either removed from the law books and or have these people concerned sued for lack of trust, or even disbarred from the practice of Law in the state of Texas and or Federal Courts?
Were the defendant’s ‘Legal Rights’ of due process of law violated, or his Constitutional Rights corrupted to include the lack of his Civil Rights as well?

Has the defendant any form of relief after these facts are proven?
Is there any true Justice in American for a Veteran who took a wrong turn once in his life?
