Default Not Receiving Scholarships Already Confirmed?

If there is a different part of the forum I should be posting in, please let me know where it is and if possible move this thread for me?
Anyway, I'm a low income student, and I'm having financial problems with my school. I was sent letters confirming that I would receive the scholarships at the start of the school year, as well as other scholarships that I was already receiving. However, when I arrived at school three fairly large scholarships weren't credited to my account, including two that I had the previous year and met requirements to keep, and one that I had received over the summer by meeting requirements. The former two are nowhere to be seen in my account balance, and the latter has been put as "denied." Because I have letters confirming that Financial Aid had previously credited those scholarships to me, I budgeted for that amount of money. With the amount that they have credited to me right now, I will not be able to remain in school unless I get the other three. I'm a good student, I work hard and have a 3.95 cumulative GPA, and that's above the requirements, and I meet the credit hour requirements as well. As they sent me confirmation that I was receiving those scholarships and now the school accounting is saying i am not receiving them, what are my options? (I live in Wyoming, USA)

Thumbs up

You need to speak with a financial aid specialist at the financial aid office at your school. They can tell you exactly what's going on and if theirs any unsatisfied requirements you need to take care of. You might just need to verify something. Another good idea would be to check your student email for notices they may have sent you about whats going on with your scholarships.
