Ontario Taxes Due Date

I am submitting as an individual through an accountant, I'm just not sure when this has to be done by before being penalized....

Default Ontario Taxes Due Date
Can anyone in here advise me on the last day to submit taxes in Ontario? I am submitting as an individual through an accountant, I'm just not sure when this has to be done by before being penalized.
