    Angry buying leads online. we got scammed

    Before we started generating over 3000 loan modification leads we tried to buy from 2 companys to help customers who desperatly needed leads....

    they never delivered. 1 we paid by personal check and the 2nd was thru paypal... paypal denied on our refund because they said it was a service.... the other one we made a number of calls and they wont return our calls...

    we went to BBB and they too did nothing....

    I have email address for both and a live phone number for 1 of them...

    can someone help...

    First of all, anyone who can give good advice needs more information:

    1. what state are you in?
    2. what state (if you know) are these scammers in?
    3. What is the amount in dispute, how much have you lost?

    You might be up a creek, but it depends...

    One thing I am sure is the amount involved is so meager that you didn't bother to go for an attorney rather you liked to post on the forum. Then secondly I guess you have made your mind that loss is lost...

    And you never returned to this thread proves scammer didn't hurt you much.

    first of all if you go for anything online its full of waste,as now a days there are more genius,how to cheat the customer and how to hack the website and by creating websites so please beware and do something for what ever you had lost....
