Can you be a little more specific on the type of attorney you need; what is the case regarding?

i am not involved in a case. i just wanted information regarding this type of job. i'm in hopes of gaining admission to law school, and i heard about dna attorney's. well i was watching a show but it's the same thing. i just wanted to know what their responsibiltites are, is it a privately ran thing or is it through the county or state. things like that. i'm just curious about the topic that's all.

I've never heard of a "DNA Attorney." Are you talking about paternity testing issues? That would fall under the umbrella of family law. Forensics? Sounds like prosecuting - which is government work.

In the USA we don't have "types" of attorneys - aside from Patent lawyers and Proctors in Admiralty. An attorney can go in whatever direction they feel like after admitted to practice.
