As a lawyer from India having 5 years of workexperience (practicing criminal law), I would like to ask if I do LLM from Canada, will I be able to become member of Bar Council directly to pursue law in Canada or will I have to pass additional exams as well? Will studying LLM from Canada be beneficial if I want to pursue law in Canada (after having 5 years of work experience)? If yes, how?
