Landlord problem
I have been having problems with my landlord whom I am renting a house from. He seems to be stopping by my house almost everyday, unannounced. Our lease says he must notify us before he stops by. He isn't following the lease and I just don't feel very comfortable with him coming all the time. What can I do?

You have to begin keeping a detailed journal of when he comes by and whether or not he has given you proper notice as stated on the landlord.
Then, if you want to break the lease and he tries to have you evicted or collect back rent, you would have to prove yourself in court with your records.Stirling Gardner (aka The Hollywood Landlord)

What was your landlord purpose when visiting you? I landlord visit only their tenants when its paying time, or ask him to to come by to fix something.

Your Rental Agreement
should contain a clause titled "Right of Entry" - in it, it will list for what permissible purposes the landlord can enter your unit and what type of notice he must give and with how much notice.
Does he say why he is coming around so much?Stirling Gardner (aka The Hollywood Landlord)

I have that same problem.
I never thought of keeping records of his visit. Thanks for sharing.
