    Rental was foreclosed

What is the minimum amount of time that a lender can evict a tenant whose property was foreclosed in Michigan?

I believe it's 45 days after the notice of intent; however with the current housing market situation and counties making inert laws to give homeowners a chance it might be longer or even shorter; contact your county clerks office for a direct answer.

    More than likely...

The lender isn't going to want you to move out. If it goes back to the bank and they can make some money off a renter, it just makes no sense for them to ask you to leave...

And I am not sure if it is a single family home, but perhaps if the person buying the foreclosure also wants it to be a rental property, it would be an asset to have you there... and if they don't, then they would have to evict you and possibly pay you a relocation fee... check with hud.gov in your state - it will give you all of your tenant rights.
