This is a discussion on I want a domain that may be cyber squatting. within the Intellectual Property and Internet Law Forums forums, part of the Main Forums category; I want the domain Advice.Pro, but Wealth, LLC owns it and the person that does also owns Wealth.Pro which has exactly the same content as Advice.Pro. I have made a few offers to that company and had not received anyspace response. I would call their not using that domain Advice.Pro ...

I want a domain that may be cyber squatting.

I want the domain Advice.Pro, but Wealth, LLC owns it and the person that does also owns Wealth.Pro which has exactly the same content as Advice.Pro. I have made a few offers to that company and had not received anyspace response. I would call their not using that domain Advice.Pro as cyber squatting, but
Wealth, LLC does not have Advice.Pro trademarked.
