HI,
My employer(real employer not consultant ) has filed my h1 and its in initial review. so ,

1) If i want to leave the company when is the last date to revoke the H1, so that i can stay on OPT.

2) can my employer not file to revoke the h1 just to hurt me ?


2)Am i still eligible to apply for H1 next year ?
