Hi,
The two basic ways are through employment based sponsorship or family based sponsorship. You can have an employer petition for you or, in certain circumstances, you can petition for yourself. Alternatively, if you had a US citizen spouse they could apply for you as well. Can you explain what you mean when you say that you're self-employed? http://www.jrandolphlaw.com Last edited by jrandolph : 08-27-2007 at 08:43 AM. Reason: bad link |
