Thread: Severance Agreement

If I have proof of a verbal severance agreement with no stipulation of signing a Separation Agreement, can my former employer withhold my severance until I sign the Separation Agreement?

If your former employee didn't sign of course the agreement is not effective it is better to have to talk each other and explain the purpose and objectives of this agreement.
