in june 07 my ex wife was granted removal to another state with physical cusody of my daughter. Her lawyer and she conned the judge with promises of providing an increased quality of life for her and my daughter. Ive been fighting this for years own my own, now i have another trial date in about 3 weeks. First time i was slaughtered., now i feel better educated and equipped, fighting with logic and facts not just emotion. The judge told me the burden of proof that i need to present is substantial especially in my case but hes the judge who made initial judgement. It has decreased the quality of my now, nine year old daughter. She should have never had to move, i was always better fit to be primary custodian. The promises of improvement never came, mother dropped out of nursing school,she doesnt see her mother from fri. morning to mon. after school, daughter is surrounded by single mothers,interracial illigitament kids, and ignorrant primary caregiver at least for 3 if not 4 evenings from aprox 4 pm to an average of 8-9 pm.The other kids are 3 girls and one boy [who is a year older than my daughter]have never had a father figure, whos whore of a mother devours all means of state aid have never been taught any of what im trying to instill into my daughter. My baby is surrouned by nega tive influences, lack of moral fiber, destuctive behavior,rebellion naturally mentally and spiritually, this evil world is all around her and no one is preventing her from being sucked in, instead the improved quality of life her mother promised to her and everyone else opened the door to the evil leading her down the road of destruction. I need her back i need real anwers on advanced techniques in this concentrated field.
