My mom rents her place from my brother. He is mad at me and threatens to kill me. I am not afaid of him but my mom has asked me not to fight with him and if I do go over there it is likley either he or his nutty wife will come running over (they live next door) to start trouble and they are the type who will call the police and turn the story around on the inoccent party. His wife threatened to kill me last summer and I had a Michigan state trooper talk to her and she lied to him and he went along with her. She is good, Everyone who really knows her says she should be a prosecuting attorney. Any advice? I have not been to my mothers since Thanksgiving.
